Bernáthy Sándor

Bernáthy was an autodidact graphic artist, painter, musician. Important figure of the Hungarian Neo Avant-garde artist circles in the 1970’s and 1980’s.

He was member of alternative rock bands, such as A. E. Bizottság. He also designed posters for concerts, and covers for albums to other bands. Bernáthy had a very provocative attitude; his works are often full with political criticism.                                                                                                                                                   .
