Poster for a performance in the Hungarian Operetta Tehater. The play was written by a husband-and-wife writing team, Samuel and Bella Spewack. It premiered in Budapest in 1963, November.
The playful composition depicts a smiling face made up of musical notes. It's simple, yet dynamic and implies the relevant information for the public: the operetta was most probably a light comedy, with lot of music.
