Vertel Beatrix

Graphic designer. She graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in the early 1970s. Her main field is the poster-, corporate image- and illustration design.

From 1976 she made designs for the Hungexpo exhibitions. She often worked on commercial designs, mainly for Kerszöv and Videoton. In the 1970s she also designed commercial posters, for example for Traubisoda. Her works show a certain artistic character; the personal trademark always remained important for her. On some of her works she used photographs as inherent parts of the composition. She often made illustrations for children’s books.                                                                                                                                             .
