The text explains that crossing the road is not allowed when the light is red or yellow. In the 1960s many people moved to cities from towns and the number of cars also increased. The unexperienced new urban citizens and the unexperienced drivers could have lead to dangerous situations on the road. This situation generated the emrgence of numerous propaganda posters with themes related to traffic.
