This is an illustrated advertisement, with a decorative Art Deco cover. The cover shows a big city with modern architecture implying that the advertised product was very modern. Today we know that asbestos is very dangerous but in the 1930s people just weren't aware of this fact.
The brochure advertises the Lutz Ede Paint Factory and builiding material (liquid asbestos) made by them. It was published in the 1930s in Budapest.
