We don't want our children to starve! Let's work! is a 1956 vintage Hungarian communist propaganda poster which was made during the 1956 Hungarian Revolution by the Soviet-backed communist government to urge the citizens to work instead of partaking in revolutionary activities.
THe artwork is originally by Käthe Kollwitz, and was executed in 1923, with the original title being: Germany's children are starving!
