This electronic device provides not only the performers, music, haggis, vitamin and pep pills but also a girl to go with them! This story is mainly just a backdrop for the movie's real aim: the presentation of about 20 different hit songs, performed by the artists themselves. Most of the acts are relatively unknown today, but a few moderately well-known singers, like Jackie and the Raindrops, and Freddie Cannon, are also featured.
