The colour of the background and the diagonal arrangement of the graphics recall the modernist style of earlier decades, whereas the black and white dots in the middle forming the stylized image of a peacock is very typical of the graphic art of the 1960s. This is a good example of how the artists in the 1960s and 1970s combined the manners of earlier times with contemporary elements.
